Unfortunately my XOTIC laptop that was 3 years old was stolen while I was on vacation. I am not a gamer but run some biomechanic modeling software and edit and create videos so I love the high end computers XOTIC allows me to customize. I just built a new desktop I plan on purchasing soon.

Great company. So far, i am very happy with the custom pc they built for me. I have had it for a week now and it performs great with every game I have played. I highly recommend them.

Overall, having owned many high end PCs, having built them, worked on them etc, this is a great build and design. I was worried about the 4090 only been ~130-145w, and that's when plugged in, but it is actually quite good. I need something that you can carry, but also has a good display, and the Nebula 16" didn't disappoint. The i9-13000 is no touch either. 14th gen is power hungry, and you also never realize their full potential. Plus they run hot..... Not something you want in a slim laptop. I've had a Titan, maybe there, but that's it. I like every part of what this laptop has to offer

I got this with the 2TB SSD and win 11 pro, I would recommend no other way. Overall, a great option at a great price.

Super easy purchase. Was told it might take a week or 2, but didn't expected as quickly as I did. Just waiting on some do's and don't, so I don't do anything wrong.

This PC is amazing. Great graphics speed efficency top tier!!! If I had one draw back, my free tee shirt wasn't true to size so I can't wear it. The status update in the various stages was a bit nerve racking, but all my concerns were answered in the live chat. That put my mind at ease. Once it got to the build stage it was better. Overall my experience was great and I know have a great machine to play all the games I love on. Thank you to the Xoticpc team!

PC and Monitor I ordered both arrived in PERFECT condition, and I have no complaints except a very minor complaint regarding the shipping carrier UPS that you guys use to ship your products... UPS does not allow anyone that orders from you to have their shipment held at a UPS location office or to have the shipment delivered on a day that works best for the customer.... I understand if this is out of control of XOTIC PC, but I just think it would make your customers even happier to have the flexiblity there when it comes to having their custom PCs shipped to them from you guys or anything that is ordered off your website....
