• ORDERED

  Your order has been placed and is awaiting initial processing. Most orders move to the next phase within 24 business hours. Pre-order items may remain in this stage until inventory arrives.

• ALLOCATION & QUEUE (Average 3–9 Business Days)

  All required parts and materials are gathered or ordered for your personal component bin. Once fully stocked, your system enters the production queue.
  
  Stock models with no customizations may skip directly to shipping.

• BUILD (Average 2–4 Business Days)

  A dedicated XOTIC PC Technical Engineer hand-assembles your system with precision, completing all requested customizations and ensuring optimal performance and visual presentation.

• QA & TESTING (Average 1–3 Business Days)

  Your PC undergoes OS installation, optimization, benchmarking, and an extended burn-in stress test. Any issues are corrected before your system is cleared for shipment.

Lead times are estimates. Additional services such as custom paint, wraps, etching, or hydro-dipping may extend timelines. Rush orders receive priority at every stage. Sager models may follow a modified workflow.
