Yes. XOTIC PC accepts trade-ins from other PC brands and custom builders. Systems are evaluated based on hardware configuration, condition, and overall performance.
What can I use my trade-in credit for? ＋
Trade-in credit is applied toward the purchase of a new XOTIC PC system and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Do trade-in PCs keep their existing warranty? ＋
No. Trade-in systems themselves do not retain warranty coverage. However, your newly purchased XOTIC PC desktop includes a lifetime parts and labor warranty for the life of the original owner, subject to published terms.

Trade-in value is determined by hardware specifications, age, cosmetic and functional condition, and current market demand.
Do I have to ship my PC before I receive credit? ＋
Yes. Once your trade-in is approved, XOTIC PC provides a prepaid UPS shipping label. Credit is issued after your system is received and verified.

Most trade-ins are reviewed within a few business days. Once received, inspection and credit issuance typically occur shortly thereafter. Timelines may vary based on shipping and system condition.
