The ordering process was absolutely amazing. The service team helped me every step of the way. Once I received the pc, we did have issues with the front fan lights. Me being the pc genius (that's a huge joke btw) Eric from the service department walked me thru every scenario and we finally found the issue. Honestly that's all the issues I have had. This pc is perfect for my wife to stream any game she wants and do a lot more too. I'm super happy and will be a continued buyer from here. I am actually looking at setting up my 7yr old daughter with her first set up. Thank you guys for all you do and have done. Truly experts in what they do!!
Have installed additional storage easily and system is performing very well. Once I get used to W11 I am sure I will get more out of it. Kuddo's to Eric of their technical support for his hand holding as I was first getting thing going.
