I got the AULA F99 Pro keyboard, and it's awesome! It’s compact, works wirelessly or wired, and has smooth, customizable keys. The battery lasts forever, and the RGB lights look great. Totally worth it!

Customer service was amazing and answering my questions and keeping me updated on the progress of the build.
Once it shipped, it got to me fast. The whole process was amazing. The PC is hoenstly the best I've had. Will definitely do buisness with them in the future.
So this is my first time ever purchasing a PC , took about a week due to delayed parts bc this pc really is a best seller , the quality, instructions to set it up , the graphics everything of this pc is a MUST BUY i literally love everything about this pc and id never buy again thank you XOTIC
Everything came just as described, shipped quickly and works perfectly. My only feedback was that on the site i went to the ready to ship section to order but apparently there was another page that shows the quantity and that my requested pc was in the preorder stage. So i had to wait about 3 weeks for my order. I was confused at first but after speaking with an agent they explained so the wait period made sense. Once they finished the testing stage It only took 2-3 days to arrive with standard shipping and was very well packaged

The laptop runs quick and the picture is awesome, but I had blue screen after blue screen with basic navigation. I ended up doing a factory pc reset through Windows itself and its working perfectly now.
Got my Hyte X70 custom built with software water lines. Quality was top notch and I really liked the box you get with everything that came with the parts they purchased for the build. I had some questions about the screen setup on the case and support was helpful. Only critique I could have is communication during the build could have been better
