The machine looks sleek, has an amazing keyboard, and it is running very cool and flawlessly keeps up with the load I have on it, which entails playing Borderlands, Life is Strange, FF7: R series, Cyberpunk, Diablo III, and so on. I keep Discord running and do some streaming and editing on it as well. I have not caused any stutter or issues.
Very happy with my order and the extra tooling and support I got when ordering. Definitely a new favorite custom shop to work with.
I had to wait for this Msi laptop to come into Xotic, then some upgrades before it was shipped to me. Was well the wait. I do zero gaming, but needed a higher end laptop for the newer photo and editing programs I use. I'm still in the process of installing programs, but everything I've done so far has worked well. I'm very pleased with the purchase, and can't wait to fully run it through it's paces.

Cart update process - suggestion: If item(s) are missing from cart for build, put all other items in cart, so customer knows there is still progress being made.
Webpage items for sale - suggestion: If items are on back order, indicate on sales portion of website. Even after my purchase and waiting months, there was no indication of backorder/supply chain issue identified on website.
Packaging - not shipped as indicated in order. Order indicated (paraphrasing) custom foam insert inside PC case for shipping. There was no foam insert and GPU had to be installed by customer (also not described anywhere during purchase process)
Purchase - Customer paid for expedite process 179.00 or 197.00 (in that ballpark) Product ordered on Feb 13 2025, Received May 17 2025. Expedite fee was not removed. Additionally, customer asked if your company offers military discount, representative indicated you do. I have not received any of those deductions.

I have not had a chance to use the PC yet, so I have no comments on that yet, as I had to travel on orders for military training in Alabama. I will return 18 June and see how the PC is performing and what installation(s) I need to perform once I turn it on and get it running.

This was my first time with xotic PC and I wasn't let down everything was super easy and super convenient and for sure will be referring anyone that asks to Xotic PC.
I recently ordered a laptop from Xotic PC and was overall very pleased with my experience. The ordering process was straightforward and fairly easy, even for someone not super tech-savvy. After placing my order, I was informed that the laptop I chose wouldn't arrive,right away so I expected a bit of a wait. It took about a month for the laptop to arrive, which was understandable given the circumstances.
Once it finally did, I was excited to open the box and found that everything was in perfect condition. The laptop has worked flawlessly since I received it, and I’m very happy with both the product and the service I received from Xotic PC. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure the order was fulfilled properly.
