log into their systems and address any issues they may be facing. With the Lifetime Service Policy, XOTIC PC guarantees that the original purchaser of a new computer system will not be charged for labor or
service costs related to that system for its entire lifespan. This policy covers only the original purchaser, original equipment, future upgrades purchased from and installed by XOTIC PC, and labor/service
performed by XOTIC PC. As we manufactur computers and install all software ourselves, we possess extensive knowledge about the systems we create.
We are always available to assist you, whether you require technical support or simply want to maximize your XOTIC PC experience. Before shipping your computer, we conduct thorough performance checks on each
component, ensuring their seamless compatibility within the system. These rigorous tests guarantee that all components in your new system function according to the manufacturer's specifications, free from errors.
Once the tests are completed, we record the scores in a special XOTIC PC binder, which also contains an XOTIC PC Certificate of Approval from our Quality Assurance Team. Additionally, we verify the proper
operation of all external ports and buttons to eliminate any potential errors or deficiencies before delivering the system to the new owner. Our testing process involves running intensive programs that push each
component to its limits, assessing the system's performance and ensuring its ability to handle demanding usage scenarios. If any part is prone to failure, it will reveal itself during this rigorous testing stage,
as we thoroughly evaluate the system's stability.
