M.2 Copper Heat Sync

It is unbelievable how much difference the M2 Copper Heat sync make a difference in controlling the heat of my Laptop from XOTIC PC. I am glad I made the choice to have it installed on my new purchase. If you are going to make a new purchase, this is well worth the extra cost. Don't skip it.

EXCELLENT

XOTIC PC is the only place I purchase my computers. Towers, desktops or laptops. If you are buy some place else then you are lossing out on quality, price and especially support services.

Great experience

I have to say the customer service I received from xotic was top notch. The communication was on point. After having an issue with my original order the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was as smooth as butter.

USPS Not So Much

This is my first order with Xotic. I wanted a superb gaming laptop with no compromises. I was tired of trying to make my own...piece by piece. Xotic PC's process was straight forward and easy. My ASUS Strix Scar was assembled in less than a week-pretty slick! Now they hand my baby to USPS...who I used to have great respect for. It took almost as long to get to me as it did for the whole order-build cycle. This gaming laptop is everything that I hoped it would be. Enough writing...time to play some games!
