The System is Amazing

This PC is amazing. Great graphics speed efficency top tier!!! If I had one draw back, my free tee shirt wasn't true to size so I can't wear it. The status update in the various stages was a bit nerve racking, but all my concerns were answered in the live chat. That put my mind at ease. Once it got to the build stage it was better. Overall my experience was great and I know have a great machine to play all the games I love on. Thank you to the Xoticpc team!

PC and Monitor I ordered both arrived in PERFECT condition, and I have no complaints except a very minor complaint regarding the shipping carrier UPS that you guys use to ship your products... UPS does not allow anyone that orders from you to have their shipment held at a UPS location office or to have the shipment delivered on a day that works best for the customer.... I understand if this is out of control of XOTIC PC, but I just think it would make your customers even happier to have the flexiblity there when it comes to having their custom PCs shipped to them from you guys or anything that is ordered off your website....

Great Gaming PC for the price

Understand one important thing. This company is not a Dell or HP. These computers are custom built so it will take a while to ship. My computer took approximately two weeks. Can you build one yourself? Sure But why would you do that when you can have another company build it and take away reading manuals, matching parts, and dealing with (hope you never have to) warranty issues. I bought a Project Zero Ghost and have been very happy with my purchase. It can handle every game that I have thrown at it so far. My mainstays are Rust, 7 Days to die, Forever skies, etc... No slowdowns or issues at all.

The computer was fully operational out of the box. No need to install any drivers or other support software. It also didn't have bloat-ware which most purchased pc's include. I work in IT and typically have to strip off the bloatware that that Enterprise machines ship with.
I did contact them about some case/fan lighting issues. Tech support was very responsive and helpful.
The freebies I received where meh, but you buy the computer for the computer. Not the freebies.

I would highly recommend purchasing a gaming computer from this company and will continue to use them in the future.

You guys really need to work with UPS to open up more shipping flexibility when it comes to changing the day of delivery or being able to pick up the order at a UPS shipping location. I definitely do understand what you were saying when you were talking about fraud, but still I'm sure I'm not the only customer that would give you even higher ratings not just in the quality of how you build computers but especially in how you get those computers out to those of us who live outside of Nebraska....
