This laptop is easily the best laptop I've ever had, and well worth the price. It's run every game I've thrown at it so far with no issue until my attention span ran out. My only complaint is battery life, but I chose not to upgrade it so that's on me. The laptop also charges super fast, so I still absolutely give it five stars.

I got this, the 32gb ram 1tb hard drive and rush ordered, didn’t take long to get it, I will say shipping was done right, very good packing of package, only downfall was I ordered mine to come in Memorial Day weekend, aside from that the customer service is excellent and they will actually work with you to get what you want, they do have people available to talk, 10/10 def would recommend

Great performance
This is definitely a well rounded laptop for the average gamer. Took advantage of the sale and upgraded to 32gb and 1tb ssd. What a huge difference. Performs very well with vibrant colors. It took over a month, but was well worth the wait. Xotic took the time for a 24hr burn in to make sure everything was working properly. Other suppliers don’t. I’ve had other prebuilt units DOA. Awesome quality in product and shipping. Thank you so much for attention to detail. Will look forward to more sales.
I purchased a custom built GX11 H9 and had it built exactly how I wanted which was really nice, threw in a couple upgrades and got a few free things. It took about 2 weeks from order date to the day I was online and playing games. The setup came almost exactly as I had ordered it, they missed the braided cable option and got the wrong colors but that was corrected almost immediately. Otherwise the computer came setup and ready to play and has performed as expected and this was my second build from them and I will continue to buy from them.
First and foremost. I received my PC very fast, within two days I believe. It was packaged with its safety very much so in mind. They did not skimp on any process when it comes to the actual build it’s self, professional level cable management and hardware fitting. The PC is very aesthetically pleasing as well, everything flows together. They go ahead an install any programs you might need to customize the RGB or tune anything beforehand as well. All in all 10/10 build. I would recommend Xotic PC to anyone who is need of a reliable, and professionally built PC. 100% Recommend and 1,000% Satisfied with my purchase!
Love the aesthetic and the build, should have grabbed a better gpu can’t go wrong with a 4 series. Cable management is in point and it was ready out of the box.
