Heads up: Refund returns may incur a restocking fee
If you send an item back for a refund, it may be subject to a restocking fee (see categories below). Choose an exchange instead and most restocking fees can be waived.

ACER / ASUS / AORUS / GIGABYTE / MSI / XOTIC LAPTOPS:
If for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER you are not satisfied with your XOTIC PC Product*, you may return it within 15 DAYS of the ship date for default/stock configurations or 30 DAYS of the ship date for upgraded or customized configurations for a FULL REFUND of your purchase price, less any expedited services, shipping, or shipping warranties.
SAGER BRANDED LAPTOPS:
If for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER you are not satisfied with your SAGER Product*, you may return it within 30 DAYS of the ship date for a FULL REFUND of your purchase price, less any expedited services, shipping, or shipping warranties.
DESKTOPS:
If for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER you are not satisfied with your XOTIC PC Desktop Product*, you may return it within 30 DAYS of the ship date for a FULL REFUND of your purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee Most fees waived on exchange and any expedited services, shipping, or shipping warranties.
CUSTOM FINISHED LAPTOPS & DESKTOPS:
Any returns featuring custom finishes—such as but not limited to custom skins, custom painting, hydro dipping, etching, or any other exterior finishes—are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Most fees waived on exchange
Most restocking fees can be waived when you choose an exchange for a different configuration or product of equal or greater value. Email service@xoticpc.com and ask about an exchange RMA.
Contact XOTIC PC's Service Department at service@xoticpc.com within the return period to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

Restocking fees & how to avoid them with an exchange
Items returned for a refund may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product category (see "DESKTOPS" and "CUSTOM FINISHED" sections above).
Most restocking fees can be waived when you choose an exchange instead of a refund — for example, swapping for a different configuration, a different model, or a product of equal or greater value. To request an exchange, email service@xoticpc.com within your return window and ask for an exchange RMA.
Returns, packaging, software, condition, and fees
To return products, you must contact XOTIC PC's Service Department at service@xoticpc.com within the return period to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Products must be shipped in their original packaging, with shipping prepaid and insured, or you accept the risk of loss or damage during transit.
Software may be returned for refund or credit only if its sealed package is unopened. If Windows or Microsoft Office has been activated, it cannot be returned. Returned products must be in as-new condition, and all manuals, accessories, diskettes, power cables, and included items must be returned. Physical damage (scratches, dents, etc.) will result in repair costs deducted from the refund.
XOTIC PC will not refund shipping, handling, or insurance costs. Customers must ensure products are received by XOTIC PC within 5 days of the return authorization period. Any rush processing fees, non-refundable services, expedited shipping, or shipping warranties will be deducted from the refund.
Agreement, warranty law, and jurisdiction
By completing a purchase with XOTIC PC, you acknowledge and agree to the complete Terms & Conditions and Warranty information listed on our website. XOTIC PC Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any litigation shall be resolved in the trial courts of Lancaster County, Nebraska, which hold exclusive jurisdiction.
Delinquent Accounts & Collection Fees
In the event of a chargeback, returned payment, or unpaid balance, XOTIC PC reserves the right to recover the full amount due, including any applicable collection agency fees, attorney fees, court costs, interest, and administrative processing charges. Accounts referred to third-party collections may incur an additional collection fee of up to 40% of the outstanding balance. By completing a purchase, you agree to be responsible for all associated costs of collecting unpaid amounts.
