XOTIC PC LAPTOP WARRANTY
Base Laptop Warranty
All laptops sold by XOTIC PC include a minimum one (1) year base manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the warranty section listed on each individual laptop product page for specific base warranty details.
Sager Warranty
As a Sager customer through XOTIC PC, you receive additional benefits compared to purchasing directly from Sager.
- LIFETIME Limited Labor Warranty (on select models listed and described in the product configuration)

- Exclusive XOTIC PC services such as custom skinning and optional upgrades
LIFETIME Limited Labor Warranty coverage requires all repair billings to be processed through XOTIC PC. Labor is covered for repairs of natural component failure only. Labor is not covered for repairs caused by physical or accidental damage, cosmetic or exterior repairs, upgrades, or incomplete repairs.
Shipping is covered on qualified Sager models to and from Sager for Sager-covered parts only. Upgraded parts or screens installed by XOTIC PC are excluded from shipping coverage.
Sager warranty coverage applies only to Sager laptops and components and is governed exclusively by Sager warranty terms.
XOTIC PC Laptop Warranty Responsibility & Limitations
Unless an XOTIC PC Extended Warranty, XOTIC PC Labor Coverage Upgrade, or other qualifying protection plan is purchased at the time of sale, all laptop warranty service is provided solely through the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
Manufacturer warranty terms and procedures apply unless upgraded XOTIC PC coverage is active on the original order.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and applies only to the original system configuration and qualifying warranty upgrades purchased at the time of sale.
XOTIC PC’s Lifetime Labor Service for laptops applies only to natural component failure. It does not apply to physical damage, accidental damage, cosmetic repair, or damage resulting from external forces.
Laptops sent to XOTIC PC that do not qualify for labor coverage under an extended or upgraded warranty plan will incur standard diagnostic and labor charges.
XOTIC PC does not provide accidental damage protection on laptops unless an OEM program specifically includes such coverage.
Explicit Labor Coverage Exclusions
- Drops or impacts
- Liquid damage
- Electrical damage from improper power
- Broken ports or hinges
- Cracked displays
- Any damage caused by misuse or external force
Customers who do not purchase XOTIC PC extended warranty or labor upgrades must seek warranty service directly through the manufacturer.
If a laptop is shipped to XOTIC PC for repairs that fall under manufacturer warranty responsibility, the customer is responsible for all labor charges unless covered by an XOTIC PC upgraded plan.
Exclusive Repair & Service Location
All warranty diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and labor for laptops must be performed exclusively by XOTIC PC or the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) as directed by XOTIC PC.
Repairs, diagnostics, servicing, or modifications performed by any third-party repair facility, local repair shop, or unauthorized technician are not covered, are not eligible for reimbursement, and may immediately void all applicable warranty coverage.
Other Terms and Conditions
All XOTIC PC systems include Lifetime Phone and Online Support and Lifetime Labor Service (where applicable), valid for the life of the original purchase.
The RMA number must appear clearly on the exterior of all shipping packages. Each return must include the customer’s name, address, phone number, RMA number, and proof of original purchase.
Products must be shipped in original packaging and properly insured. Customers accept all risk of loss or damage during shipment. XOTIC PC may provide shipping insurance upon request.
XOTIC PC owns all parts removed from repaired products and may use new or reconditioned parts during repairs. Warranty repair or replacement does not extend the warranty term.
This warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for XOTIC PC that can be identified by an XOTIC PC trademark, trade name, or logo.
XOTIC PC provides no warranty for software, which is covered separately by its respective manufacturers.
Warranty Exclusions
- LCD panels with fewer than six (6) defective pixels
- Screens that are scratched or scuffed
- AC adapters and batteries beyond one (1) year
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper power, or improper packaging
- Unauthorized servicing or modification
- Failure to follow product instructions or maintenance requirements
- Use of third-party components not supplied by XOTIC PC
Liquid damage immediately voids the remaining warranty term.
Data & Liability Disclaimer
Customers must back up all data prior to service. XOTIC PC is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or disclosure under any circumstance.
XOTIC PC shall not be liable for lost profits, downtime, loss of data or software, loss of use, property damage, or third-party claims.
Legal Disclaimers
THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
No XOTIC PC dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to modify, extend, or alter this warranty.
This warranty is valid only in the United States of America. All warranty repairs are performed exclusively at authorized U.S. facilities. International customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs.
Promotional Items
All promotional items, including free or bundled products, are excluded from all warranty coverage. XOTIC PC provides no guarantee of support, replacement, or compensation for promotional items.
Sole Determination Authority
XOTIC PC reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether any reported issue qualifies as a covered defect, warranty claim, or labor-covered service under this policy.
Entire Agreement
Except as expressly stated herein, XOTIC PC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to products sold by XOTIC PC.
Unless an XOTIC PC extended warranty or labor coverage upgrade is purchased at the time of sale, all laptop warranty service is provided solely through the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

Physical damage, accidental damage, cosmetic repairs, liquid exposure, cracked displays, broken ports, hinges, or damage caused by external forces are excluded unless specifically covered by an upgraded warranty plan.
Customers without XOTIC PC extended coverage must seek warranty service directly through the manufacturer. Laptops shipped to XOTIC PC that do not qualify for labor coverage will incur standard diagnostic and labor charges.
The warranties described on this page are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied. XOTIC PC expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XOTIC PC shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages under any legal theory, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, downtime, business interruption, or equipment replacement. Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data prior to any service or repair.
Warranty coverage is valid only within the United States. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, insurance, duties, taxes, customs charges, and compliance with import and export regulations. Some state or jurisdictional laws may provide additional rights that cannot be excluded.
