I ordered the GSC and it arrived on time with timely updates and additional warranty information. Upon arrival the power cable was not included but I have lots of those power cables laying around so it was not an issue for me. The pc worked perferctly all the drivers were fully installed, I especially liked how they left some components that came with the liquid cooler in the package in the case I would want to make any upgrade later in the future.
I have bought my custom built PC and customized laptop from Xotic and their customer service is Top Notch and quick to answer any and all questions. 10/10 recommend

Im absolutely in love with this rig. It is a complete upgrade from my first pc by a long shot. Its visually appealing, basically silent, runs smoother then a whipped cream. 10 outa 10 would buy again.
