I was really excited to finally buy a "souped up" computer. I had always purchased pre-built ones that were more of a bare bones approach. XOTIC allowed me to future proof my computer a bit. And they were willing to talk to me to make sure all the parts would work together, and would accomplish what I wanted. I only had two minor issues with the whole process. The build itself took longer than anticipated - and longer than their stated timelines. The actual delivery took place about a week after I thought it would, The other "issue" was really a non issue in the end. When the computer was delivered, I realized that the graphics card was not installed and I would have to do that myself. I was not anticipating that, but after watching the attached videos and a little more on Youtube, I was able to install it with no issues. Overall a good experience - people on the phone and emails were very patient with me. Computer was a good price.

The Gaming rig is so good! I LOVE the quiet fans best part, the white PC frame is also cool, looks great on my desk. It's also nice that it has all these DP ports now. The cabling and the cords are super organized great job! Thanks for all the pre-setup, was easy to boot up and start to loading my programs and files I needed to start to use my PC. I will be using your company to order any parts or services in the future. Awesome! :)

Having had quite a few computers in my time I appreciate all of the little creature comforts that this case offers. The fact that I don't need to find a screwdriver to take the cover off is a great feature. I also like how many places on this case are open to allow for maximum airflow.
The led lighting is super neat without being super obnoxious as well.

I have purchased several computers from Xoitcpc over the years. While it may take a little longer to get whatever I order it is always exactly what I want. They always seem to have what I want at a good price. This was the first tower that I have ordered and I appreciate the little things that show that they care. The instructions on how to unpack and first boot were very thorough and easy to follow. I have and will continue to recommend Xoticpc to all of my friends.

Extremely happy with the Pano Ghost XTX Extreme! With the bad rep prebuilts get, this really exceeded ALL of my expectations. It arrived quickly in 8 days and was packaged super well. I’ve been testing it and playing games like Expedition 33, Baldur’s Gate, Avatar FoP, and Cyberpunk for the last month on ultra graphics, and I’ve had zero issues so far. CPU temps stay between 55°-65°C and GPU temps between 65°-75°C while gaming, and I can play for up to 12 hrs. It’s running every game like a dream! I did switch out the cooler and all the fans and added another intake fan on the bottom but purely for aesthetic reasons and not because the original ones were bad at all.

Customer service was also excellent! My boyfriend bought this for me as a Christmas gift, and he initially bought the Intel version of the PC. He emailed them a day later asking if he could switch to the slightly more expensive AMD version without having to cancel and make a new order, and they got back to him quickly, sent an invoice with the difference, and made the change with no problem! I’d 100% recommend Xotic, and I’ve literally been obessed with my PC :)

The PC runs great, was easy to get everything set up and running. Glad to be gaming again. The wait for it to ship wasn't bad either and it was packed very well. Very happy with my purchase.
