Great service, fast shipping!

Order process was simple and fast! And the customer service? Immaculate. Had a simple issue when I received my computer. Contacted tech support and the gent walked me through everything until my beast was running properly.

Great PC so far

So far, the PC has been great!! Looks clean and is a small form factor that doest take up a lot of space on my desk. The only issue I have, is that the base stand requires that I open the PC to install. This is disappointing considering the cost. However, this is a minor gripe. I love it.

One day, I decided to visit their website and was truly impressed by the wide range of products they offered. The layout was user-friendly, easy to navigate, and filled with helpful information. It felt like being a kid in a toy store, excitedly exploring everything. Their prices accommodate various budgets, making it accessible for many. I found a few favorites and took about two days to decide which one to purchase. I ultimately chose the Extreme Y70 Ghost Ready. After the purchase, I felt a bit anxious because I hadn't read reviews or comments beforehand, so I reached out via email to better understand the negative feedback others had shared. I was reassured by their prompt response and thoughtful answers, which helped ease my worries and strengthened my trust in their team and company. The entire process, from ordering to delivery, went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Shipping was excellent—well packaged, with plenty of support and quality extras included. Receiving some freebies was a pleasant surprise. Their quick, professional responses to all my questions made me feel cared for. I genuinely hope this level of support continues should I need assistance in the future, as I believe it will. This was my first experience with Xotic PC, and it has left a positive impression. I don't think it will be my last. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a new PC, especially from a company you can truly trust in today’s world.
