Didn't know what to expect this was my first time dealing with XoticPc. I've owned many laptops and many desktops and I must say Hardware wise everything met my expectations and surpassed them. The customer service the packages offered everything Grade-A! Will come back in 9 years when my laptop is finally deemed inadequate

Nice, fast takes some getting used to

Great CPU, fast memory (upgraded), WIFI-6, 17.3 screen.

Not too fond of having the USB-c port and power plugin in the back, but at least the power cord has a 90-degree connector.

The getting used to part is while it is a 17.3 screen with the tight bezel it feels and looks like a 15.6 computer, this isn’t a problem EXCEPT it gets a 15.6 keyboard which is much more crowded than my Alienware r17 I’m replacing.

I’m not a gamer and do very little photo/video editing so I’m not in a position to comment on the GPU.

It’s much lighter than I’m used to, but that’s not a bad thing.

The only other issue I see is the limited battery life. That is partially offset by the fact it is an old-style external removable battery so I guess if necessary, I can get a second battery for trips. The battery is quite small and is off-center in the case so a larger battery would be awkward and wouldn’t sit level.

A couple of SSD instead of HHD’s I expect should stretch the battery life some.

It is a great value for the spec’s and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or purchase another one if needed.

Great build quality, above expectation performance.

The screen looks sharp and clear, the monitor is quite stiff and has virtually no wobble. It runs games as per component specifications, has usb c and a ports, headphone and microphone jack and more. Fans all around the computer, and open vent on the bottom which enables the utilization of a laptop cooling pad which is very useful for gaming or video editing. Overall very clean and sleek design. Would definitely recommend.
