I was really excited to finally buy a "souped up" computer. I had always purchased pre-built ones that were more of a bare bones approach. XOTIC allowed me to future proof my computer a bit. And they were willing to talk to me to make sure all the parts would work together, and would accomplish what I wanted. I only had two minor issues with the whole process. The build itself took longer than anticipated - and longer than their stated timelines. The actual delivery took place about a week after I thought it would, The other "issue" was really a non issue in the end. When the computer was delivered, I realized that the graphics card was not installed and I would have to do that myself. I was not anticipating that, but after watching the attached videos and a little more on Youtube, I was able to install it with no issues. Overall a good experience - people on the phone and emails were very patient with me. Computer was a good price.

The Gaming rig is so good! I LOVE the quiet fans best part, the white PC frame is also cool, looks great on my desk. It's also nice that it has all these DP ports now. The cabling and the cords are super organized great job! Thanks for all the pre-setup, was easy to boot up and start to loading my programs and files I needed to start to use my PC.
