Even when it got here and I had questions I was able to use the chat feature on the website and they were quick to help and answered all of my questions! I am so impressed with the quality of the product, the care during shipping and the customer service.
It is unbelievable how much difference the M2 Copper Heat sync make a difference in controlling the heat of my Laptop from XOTIC PC. I am glad I made the choice to have it installed on my new purchase. If you are going to make a new purchase, this is well worth the extra cost. Don't skip it.
XOTIC PC is the only place I purchase my computers. Towers, desktops or laptops. If you are buy some place else then you are lossing out on quality, price and especially support services.
I have to say the customer service I received from xotic was top notch. The communication was on point. After having an issue with my original order the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was as smooth as butter.
