I've seen a few posts around the net stating that this life be an issue, but so far, I haven't had any issues. The laptop was delivered in about a week and a half right after black Friday. I've required some simple support twice and have received responses both times in less that 48 hours.
The build itself is stunning, upon getting the desktop out of box I was treated with a secure foam packaging. Very easy to remove the pc started without issue with windows ready to go! Temps stay under 36 c on intense gaming session. Very well put together with a limited design that screams gaming enthusiasts. The only thing that was more saddening than anything else is the motherboard being a TUF instead of ROG. No real difference just OCD hitting. Highly recommend this company. With much frustration called got a very detailed explanation of the cause for delay after mentioning the reason and plan behind this exact pc . To my surprise they had gotten it out to me by the exact day I wanted.
TLDR
The support is very quick any questions are answered as thoroughly as possible and the quality of build is 10/10 compared to other companies. I do dislike the XOTIC brand and logo being placed on top of the “limited edition graphic” it not only throws the entire aesthetic away but is in an unfortunate spot. Paying for a 1 of 1 I would at least hope the need for branding would at most be in a less inconvenient place to not tamper with the overall case graphic.
This pc running really fast I’m surprised this thing is so light weight makes it easy to take anywhere plus I stsarted playing call of duty on high setting 40-50 fps so awesome!!!
While PC shopping, ran across Xotic PCs, and enjoyed all the options from premades to building a PC. I settled on the white focus ghost ready to ship, and so far, am very impressed on COD. Everything from ordering to shipping to receiving and setup was as easy as you can hope for. Ordered before a holiday weekend, and it shipped out the first business day after. Will definitely be doing business here again.
I've been using this "base model" Sager for a few weeks and it's fantastic. I LOVE the feel of the keyboard. It's so easy to type on it, which you don't always consider as a big deal, until you realize how much faster you're getting things done on it, especially if you do a lot of writing like me. I bought it mainly because it didn't have vents on the sides like all of the higher end Sagers. It runs relatively quiet and all the hot air is kicked out the back. It doesn't have a separate AMD or Nvidia card with its integrated Intel processor, but I've not yet had a problem with it running all the indie games in my Steam library. If you play AAA games, I'm sure it wouldn't be as good.
The Xotic PC staff was really responsive to all of my questions. We had a bit of a hiccup with how the computer would be delivered. Xotic PC has a separate deal with Sager, so it's upgraded and sent directly from Sager, rather than Xotic PC. But I got the delivery pretty quick in about a week, so all good there. I've never had to scratch off a code on the bottom of a laptop to activate Windows 11, so that was an interesting experience, but it worked fine.
I highly recommend the Sager NP3560U if you're looking for a multi-function laptop that can also play indie video games.
I bought the computer system for my 14 year old daughter for Christmas. She loves it! The graphics are great and it uploads extremely fast! I would definitely recommend!
