I have nothing but good things to say. This PC is amazing and customer service was great if I had any questions. I am glad I decided to order from them. Go ahead and add on the white monitor bundle. You won't be sorry.
I've used XoticPC a few times now, though this is my first purchase with a Windows installation. I usually buy my Sager/Clevo laptops with great specs and I install Arch Linux myself.... However, I can say that the support we received regarding Windows was extremely helpful and 15/10. Will buy here again and again
Seemingly helpful customer service, when in hours that is. They do usually respond quickly once business hours are up though and the pc was done faster than I expected. The order was not updated though until it was shipped and I cant seem to pick it up. Problem is they deliver only when I work so I cant seem to get mine. We'll see how it goes I guess
being able to customize a laptop for my specific needs is perfect. got everything I needed for high end CAD and rendering. this is my second laptop from OXTIC because the first would not run my 3D scanner. XOTIC could have been more helpful in assisting me in selecting the new laptop.
