My compliment to Xotic PC is this... I don't know where Xotic PC is located. I don't know Xotic PC's phone number. I don't know the names of any Xotic PC employees. I don't know a single email address for Xotic PC. I don't know their hours of operation. So, how is this a compliment? I don't know any of the previously mentioned things because I've never had a need to. I've never had to send anything back or call Xotic PC because I had a question or problem with my order. So, I've never had the need to learn anyone's name at Xotic PC either. I'm sure they are all fine folks.
I recently purchased my second MSI Titan laptop and Xotic PC has sold a laptop to my brother and three laptops to friends of mine all based on my recommendation of Xotic PC. They have all had wonderful experiences too.
My latest purchase was for an MSI Titan 18 HX AI A2XWIG-616US Gaming Laptop and I couldn't be happier. They had her in my hands quicker than I expected and I was very impressed with how they packaged my laptop.
