LAPTOP RETURN POLICY
FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER YOU SHOULD FAIL TO BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR XOTIC PC PRODUCT, YOU MAY RETURN IT WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DATE OF SHIPPING FOR A FULL REFUND OF YOUR PURCHASE*.
To RETURN BASE/STOCK PRODUCTS, you must, within 15 calendar days of your original ship date, email XOTIC PC’s Service Department ( support@xoticpc.com ) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number), which must appear on all communications about the returned product, and on the outside of the shipping packaging.
Any laptop that has been UPGRADED FROM THE BASE/STOCK UNIT has 30 calendar days of original ship date to email XOTIC PC’s Service Department (support@xoticpc.com) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number), which must appear on all communications about the returned product, and on the outside of the shipping packaging.
You must ship the products within 5 days of receiving your RMA Number to XOTIC PC in its original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. You may return software for refund or credit only if the sealed package containing the disks is unopened.
Returned products must be in as-new condition, and all of the manuals, disks, power cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with it.
Returns for External Accessories purchased with laptops must be returned unopened and in their original retail package to be eligible for refund.
*XOTIC PC will not refund shipping, rush services, XOTIC PC Services, special ordered parts, or any Shipping Warranties. If Windows or Microsoft Office has been activated, it will not be accepted back for refund or credit.
*When Promotional items are offered during promotional periods, the price of these items is taken out of the price of the laptop and provided as a Promotional Item. In the event of a return for refund the price of the item will be deducted from the refund if the Laptop/PC is returned.
*ETCHED, CUSTOM PAINTED OR SKINNED LAPTOP RETURNS:
We will charge a 20% restocking fee for customizations of this nature that are returned for refund. Items returned to us with these customizations must have new exterior surfaces replaced that were physically customized with a customer’s design. Additionally these services are non refundable.
*ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
If an order is cancelled prior to being shipped you will receive a full refund minus any rush services, shipping warranties, or custom painting, hydro dipping, etching or skinning that has occurred.
DOA:
Should you receive a machine that is dead on arrival you must notify XOTIC PC within 30 days of your original ship date, email XOTIC PC’s Service Department (support@xoticpc.com) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number), which must appear on all communications about the returned product, and on the outside of the shipping packaging. You must ship the product within 5 days of receiving your RMA Number to XOTIC PC in its original packaging, XOTIC PC will pay for shipping both ways to repair or replace your laptop.
CLOSEOUT POLICY:
All closeouts are first come and first serve. Due to the nature of closeout items, we give substantial discounts on products and they are always in limited supply. As a result, we update our website frequently. On a rare occasion, there might be a time you order a closeout item and we discover it’s out of stock, we will notify you immediately and try to work with you directly to meet your needs. Please note that some close out items have minor cosmetic damage disclosed on the item’s page.

Premium Support provides special access to XOTIC PC's Epic Support Techs. This Premium service includes remote diagnosis as well as support on premium software, OS, OS Upgrades, networking, and backup. Terms up to 4 Years available.
PREMIUM PLUS SUPPORT WARRANTIES
In addition to Premium Support features XOTIC PC pairs Accidental Damage with Premium Plus Warranties. Premium Plus warranties provide repairs for devices that are accidentally damaged by drops, spills, cracks or electrical surges. Accidental Damage Service excludes theft, loss, and damage due to fire, flood or other acts of nature, or intentional damage. The customer must return damaged unit. Limit of 1 qualified incident per contract year.

As a Sager Customer through XOTIC PC you will find many additional advantages compared to purchasing from Sager directly. As a XOTIC PC Sager customer you will receive: LIFETIME Limited Labor Warranty* (on select models listed and described in the product configuration).

Plus additional services such as Custom Skinning and other options provided exclusively by XOTIC PC.
*LIFETIME Limited Labor Warranty coverage requires all repair billings to go through XOTIC PC. Labor is covered for repairs of natural item failures only. Labor is not covered for repairs caused by physical or accidental damage, cosmetic/exterior repairs, upgrades or incomplete repairs. Shipping is covered on qualified Sager models to and from Sager on Sager parts only. (i.e. Upgraded screens or parts done by XOTIC PC do not apply for shipping coverage)
*Sager warranty coverage only covers Sager laptops and components only under Sager Warranties.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO ALL WARRANTIES
All XOTIC PC systems come with Lifetime Phone and Online Support as well as Lifetime Labor Service. These services apply to the life of the original purchase.
The RMA number MUST APPEAR plainly on the outside of the shipping packaging. For each product returned for warranty service, please attach your name, address, telephone number, RMA number, and proof of date of original retail purchase. You must ship the products to XOTIC PC in their original packaging and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. XOTIC PC will pay for the insurance, you just have to request it in your shipping form.
XOTIC PC OWNS ALL PARTS REMOVED FROM REPAIRED PRODUCTS. XOTIC PC USES NEW AND RECONDITIONED PARTS MADE BY VARIOUS MANUFACTURERS IN PERFORMING WARRANTY REPAIRS AND BUILDING REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS. IF XOTIC PC REPAIRS OR REPLACES A PRODUCT, ITS WARRANTY TERM IS NOT EXTENDED. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO HARDWARE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY OR FOR XOTIC PC THAT CAN BE IDENTIFIED BY THE XOTIC PC TRADEMARK, TRADE NAME, OR LOGO AFFIXED TO THEM.
XOTIC PC PROVIDES NO WARRANTY FOR ANY SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH ITS PRODUCTS; SUCH SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED SEPARATELY BY THEIR MANUFACTURERS.
This warranty does not cover COMPONENTS OF THE SYSTEM THAT DO NOT MEET XOTIC PC’s DEFINITION OF DEFECTIVE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LCD PANELS WITH LESS THAN SIX (6) DEFECTIVE PIXELS (if the LCD screen is scuffed or scratched the defective pixel warranty on the LCD screen is void), AC Adapters and Batteries other than the original primary AC Adapter and Battery provided with the laptop (The original primary AC Adapter and Battery are only covered for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase), normal wear and tear and any cosmetic damage to a Product that does not affect functionality, damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, damage caused by improperly packaging the warranted Product before being shipped in for repair, servicing not authorized by XOTIC PC, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by XOTIC PC. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN MODIFIED WITHOUT THE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF XOTIC PC, OR IF ANY XOTIC PC SERIAL NUMBER HAS BEEN REMOVED OR DEFACED. Failure resulting from liquid damage will void the remaining warranty term.
THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, XOTIC PC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES. INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO XOTIC PC DEALER, AGENT OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY. XOTIC PC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH XOTIC PC PRODUCTS.
NOTE: Before you ship the product(s) to XOTIC PC, backup your data on the hard-disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). XOTIC PC will not be responsible for any lost data for any reason. Remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, or PC Cards. If you have any questions, call XOTIC PC for technical assistance.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
This warranty is only good in the United States of America. Repairs are only done at the US factory. In the unlikely event that you would have to return your computer for warranty repairs when outside the US, you would have to pay for the shipping/handling and insurance to and from the Repair Center.
EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY IN ALL CASES:
Any damage caused during shipment (except shipments to the original purchaser or those covered under shipping warranties) and any damage caused by such as but not limited to: impacts, fluids, floods, fire, wind, earthquake, lightning or similar disaster; unauthorized changes or modifications, attachments or peripherals, improper use, environmental damage, improper installation or electrical supply adjustments; improper maintenance; any other misuse, abuse, or mishandling. XOTIC PC’s sole liability, under this warranty, for failure to repair or replace the hardware system after a reasonable number of attempts is limited to replacement. XOTIC PC will, under no circumstances, be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential and other similar claims whether based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, or strict liability. Damages excluded include but are not limited to: loss of data or software, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of use of the hardware system, loss of use of related equipment, cost of substituted or replacement equipment, purchaser’s time, injury to property, and all claims of third parties.
All Promotional items, including but not limited to items provided free with the purchase of another item and items provided free from XOTIC PC, a promotional partner or any third party are excluded from all Warranty Terms. XOTIC PC provides no guarantee of support, replacement, compensation or liability for these types of items.

Opened or damaged external accessories, such as but not limited to external keyboards, mice, monitors, speakers, and headsets are non-returnable and non-refundable unless warranted under the warranty provided by the component’s original manufacturer. XOTIC PC provides no warranties, or extended warranties on any external components such as but not limited to keyboards, mice, monitors, speakers, and headsets.

Desktop Warranty
LIFETIME LABOR & EPIC SUPPORT WITH 5 YEAR COMPLETE CARE PARTS & 30 DAY SHIPPING WARRANTY
All XOTIC PC systems come with Lifetime Phone and Online Support as well as Lifetime Labor Service. These services apply to the life of the original purchase.
XOTIC PC warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original retail purchase. If you discover a defect, XOTIC PC will at its option, repair or replace parts at no charge to you for five (5) years and lifetime for labor, provided you return it during the warranty period, and provided you obtain a return material authorization number prior to shipping your defective product. If the hardware system is defective within the first 30 days XOTIC PC will cover all shipping costs within the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Customer will pay for shipping back to XOTIC PC for any components or products sent for service after the initial 30 day period, while XOTIC PC will pay for return shipping back to customer for one year. After one year from original ship date, Customer is responsible for any shipping charges to and from XOTIC PC (unless a shipping warranty is purchased). Products sent in for authorized service/exchange must be shipped in original or equivalent packaging and accompanied by copies of purchase receipts. Replacement packaging can be requested from XOTIC PC customer support for a nominal fee. Any repairs outside of the 5 Year Parts Warranty XOTIC PC will provide labor at no charge and parts will be quoted by XOTIC PC Support Team.
XOTIC PC products also come with the option of either 1 Year, 2 Year, or 3 Year Shipping Warranties. Please review your invoice for which warranty you purchased. XOTIC PC will pay shipping expenses both ways only if covered by purchased warranty and you use an address within the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Otherwise the customer is responsible for shipping the product to XOTIC PC and we will ship the product back to you at your cost.
For International Customers
The warranty also applies to XOTIC PC products shipped to any location outside of the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states), provided that you are responsible for paying all freight charges incurred in shipping, importing/exporting, receiving replacement parts and for arranging and paying for the shipment of any defective part(s) back to XOTIC PC. All international customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and other associated taxes and charges.

The Warranty Does Not Cover
- All XOTIC PC branded accessories such as: monitors, speakers, mice, keyboards, etc., which are provided as is under original manufacturer’s warranty.
- All software, including the operating system and any software added at the customer’s request.
- Damage caused by actions that are beyond XOTIC PC’s control, such as: impacts, liquids, fire, rain, lightning or any other natural disasters.
- Product that has been damaged through misuse, abuse, or mishandling.
- Unauthorized modification of the system as a whole or individual component and/or the attachment of peripheral devices.
- Product for which XOTIC PC has not received full payment.
- Any product or parts not originally purchased from XOTIC PC.

Replacement Parts: An order for the part will be placed by the XOTIC PC technician. A valid credit card number will be required at the time of shipment. You will not be permanently charged for the replacement part as long as the original part is returned to XOTIC PC within five (5) business days after you receive the replacement part. XOTIC PC will charge to your credit card the current standard price for that part if the original part is not returned within that time period. Replacement parts will be new or serviceably used, comparable or better in function and performance to the original part, and warranted for thirty (30) calendar days or the remainder of the warranty period, whichever is longer. XOTIC PC will pay shipping expenses both ways only if covered by purchased warranty and you use an address within the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of shipping. Any additional purchases or upgrades will not extend this product warranty.
