XOTIC PC's Satisfaction and Money Back Guarantee ACER / ASUS / AORUS/ GIGABYTE / MSI / XOTIC LAPTOPS: If for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER you should fail to be satisfied with your XOTIC PC Product*, you may return it within 15 DAYS of the ship date for default / stock configurations or 30 DAYS of the ship date for upgraded or customized configurations for a FULL REFUND of your purchase price less any expedited services, shipping or shipping warranties.
SAGER BRANDED LAPTOPS: If for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER you should fail to be satisfied with your SAGER BRANDED Product*, you may return it within 30 DAYS of the ship date for a FULL REFUND of your purchase price less any expedited services, shipping or shipping warranties.
DESKTOPS: If for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER you should fail to be satisfied with your XOTIC PC Desktop Product*, you may return it within 30 DAYS of the ship date for a FULL REFUND of your purchase price less 20% Restocking Fee and any expedited services, shipping or shipping warranties.

CUSTOM FINISHED LAPTOPS & DESKTOPS: Any returns featuring custom finishes such as but not limited to custom skins, custom painting, or any other exterior finishes are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any laptop orders cancelled prior to being shipped will receive a full refund minus any rush services, shipping warranties, or custom painting, hydro dipping, etching or skinning that has occurred. Any desktop orders cancelled prior to being shipped will receive a full refund minus a 5% restocking fee for the time and labor put into building your PC. Any rush services, shipping warranties, or custom painting, hydro dipping, etching or skinning that has occurred are non-refundable.

To return products, you must, within the return period of your original ship date, contact XOTIC PC's Service Department at service@xoticpc.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. You must ship the products to XOTIC PC in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. You may return software for refund or credit only if the sealed package containing the diskettes is unopened. Also, if Windows or Microsoft Office has been activated, it will not be accepted back for refund or credit. Returned products must be in as-new condition, and all of the manuals, diskettes, power cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with it. (If for any reason a return is received back with physical damage to the item (Scratches, dents etc) the repair costs will be deducted out of the refund amount.) XOTIC PC will not refund shipping/handling and insurance costs. Customer must use whatever means is necessary to ensure that product is returned to and received by XOTIC PC within 5 days of the return period. Any rush processing fees, non refundable services, or any expedited shipping or shipping warranties will be deducted from your refund. By agreeing to our terms and conditions at the time of order you are agreeing to have read our complete terms and conditions on our website. XOTIC PC Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any litigation under this agreement shall be resolved in the trial courts of Lancaster County, State of Nebraska, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction on this matter.
