My PC came built exactly as I expected and it looks gorgeous!! I have gotten so many compliments and it looks great on my desk. A lot of care was put into packing it and making sure I knew how to set it up.
Support let me know that this PC was in production to be ready to ship again, and said to give it one to two weeks. Instead, it was ready to be shipped just a few days later. Support was responsive with every question I had about the PC, and the PC itself booted right up. Had to reset the PC just because while it's conveniently ready to go right when you boot it up, I wanted to begin from a fresh reset and encountered zero problems while doing so. I've only had my first full day with this PC at the time of this review, but after four hours of use it runs cool so your room won't turn into an oven and it's working as advertised which is all you can really ask for.
When I ordered the laptop, it took far longer than advertised. Otherwise, laptop is working well.
