XOTIC PC (collectively "XOTIC PC") offers a unique Limited Lifetime Service Policy on all NEW desktop computers purchased (the "Lifetime Service Policy"). Included in the warranty is remote assistance, through which we may remotely access into your system and aid in resolving any issues the customer is having. This Lifetime Service Policy ensures that XOTIC PC clients who purchase a NEW computer system will not incur labor or service expenses for the remainder of the computer's life. This Lifetime Service Policy covers only the original purchaser, original equipment or future upgrades purchased from and installed by XOTIC PC, and labor/service conducted by XOTIC PC. XOTIC PC produces computers and installs all software, therefore we are intimately familiar with your system. If you need assistance or simply want to learn how to get the most out of your XOTIC PC, we are always available to assist you. Before a computer is sent out for shipment, its performance and compatibility with other system components are thoroughly evaluated. These intricate testing verify that each component of your new system functions according to the manufacturer's requirements. Our burn-in test records results that we provide in a unique XOTIC PC binder along with an XOTIC PC Certificate of Approval from our Quality Assurance Team upon completion of all tests. In addition, all external ports and buttons are tested for good operation before to shipment to the new owner to prevent any errors or defects. For testing, we employ a number of intensive programs that push each component to its absolute maximum in order to evaluate the system's performance and ensure it can withstand the most harsh usage. During this phase of testing, if any component is destined to fail, it will do so as we push the system to its absolute boundaries to ensure its rock-solid stability.
