On our website our pricing is displayed as follows:

To qualify for our 3% cash discount you will have to pay by Check, Money Order or Bank Wire Transfer. After your order is submitted online you will receive an email with details on how to make your payment, or you may call our Sales Office at 1 (877) 289-9684 for detailed information.
XOTIC PC’s Cash Discount price is before any Shipping Charges are applied. Please note shipping charges are selected after configuration of the PC/Laptop and will be added during the checkout process.
Nebraska Residents must add 7.25% for sales tax.
All International Customers (including Canada) will have to pay duties/taxes/brokerage upon receipt of their package. If a product is returned it will be processed in USD at the current exchange rate.
Some XOTIC PC systems provide promotional instant discounts (directly in our product configurator). When these discounts are utilized in combination with our cash discount, our cash discount will be limited to 2%.
Cash Payment (Cash Discounted Price) — Cashiers Check, Money Order, Personal/Company Check, EFT or Wire Transfer
Please note that ALL cash payments (including bank checks, cashier’s checks and money orders) require proof of Government-issued ID and the merchandise must be shipped to the address on your check payment. The clearing time can be reduced to a minimum of 5 business days by providing proof of payment clearance once your payment has cleared.
Once the order has been placed and reviewed, we will send you an email containing payment instructions, requirements and the discounted total. Please await full payment instructions prior to sending your payment. If you would like to avoid possible delays, cash payments are not recommended.
Cashiers Check, Money Order and Company/Personal Check: All payments must be approved and cleared before order processing is completed. Clearing time can take up to 21 business days from date of deposit.
- A Returned Check Fee of $50 (USD) is charged for any returned checks.
- Starter checks are not accepted.
- Government-issued ID is required with all check payments.
Wire Transfer/EFT Payments: Detailed instructions will be sent to you by email once the order is received and our rebate is applied.
Credit Cards — Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
We accept international Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. You can feel confident knowing that your personal and account information is secure. We employ the latest encryption technology in all parts of our site that require any personal information.
We take our credit card policy very seriously and must do so to protect our customers and XOTIC PC from unauthorized credit card use and retain the highest level of security at all times.
If you are not comfortable with providing credit card information via the internet, please type “Call me for my info” in the comments section of our checkout and select “Check/Money Order” payment option and a salesperson will contact you after the order is received.
PayPal Payments
Our PayPal account is paypal@xoticpc.com . If PayPal is selected as the payment option in our checkout you will be automatically directed to PayPal’s website to complete the payment. XOTIC PC is a PayPal Verified Member.
We accept both PayPal instant and PayPal eCheck payments.
PayPal eCheck payments require 3–4 business days to clear PayPal’s system.
We will only ship to PayPal verified confirmed addresses. If you need to ship to a non-verified different address, please consider using a credit card. See alternate shipping address procedures under the credit card payment section above for further information.

Fax an official Purchase Order to 1 (402) 261-0127. Reference your estimate number if applicable.
The Purchase order must be on your organization’s letterhead or from the organization’s purchasing department and contain billing, shipping and item information.
Due to the volatile nature of the computer industry, prices are subject to change without notice. Our prices are updated daily. Once an order has shipped, the price cannot be changed.
