The trade in feature is wonderful and my first time using it. Loved it and was very easy. Only negative thing is I never received an email saying the trade in was complete, so I missed a few days of the process waiting on an email. XoticPC did make it right, thank you Alex for your help and understanding.

Other than that, XoticPC was spectacular
