As most people feel, it's difficult to determine the credibility of a company you have never heard of. I spent weeks searching online for a reputable company to build me a custom laptop for my needs. I read countless reviews and every word gave me the same conclusion; "wow. this company (insert name) is either really great or really terrible." It seems that for every 5 positive reviews there are 10 negative. I ran into that issue with this company as well. Regardless, I decided to take a chance. Besides, most issues I read about were user error.. Please understand PC's and their components before trashing a company.
Anyway, I am more than satisfied with my build from Xotic PC. I've had my custom laptop for approximately 8 months and have had ZERO issues. It arrived in less than a week (I opted in for the rush build option & yes it adds to your total price but I'm impatient) and since my first boot it has been absolutely flawless. Pricing is more than fair compared to other custom sites on the market. Selecting your components is a breeze and this company is very clear on how much literally anything you select will add or subtract to the total cost of your build. Thank you to the Xotic team. I recommend this company to anyone looking at them. I will be purchasing future builds from Xotic and pointing anyone else in need in their direction.
