So i bought this laptop the beginning of may and i received it on May 12th or the 11th, and i have no regrets at all because i needed a laptop that would be capable of running steam games and fortnite and also after effects since im a video editor, so far everything works fast and smooth, also idk why people say xoticpc has terrible customer service… I contacted them and support for help and they reply to me all the time i had questions for help and always gave me solutions… id say this laptop is totally worth the wait it took almost half a month for some ppl it takes a whole month, depending bc some ppl have written on other reviews that they received theirs within less than 2 weeks
