1st time I bought a pre-built rig for gaming

1st time I bought a pre-built rig for gaming. I have to admit I was skeptical at first. I wouldn't say everything went smooth as silk but one thing I can confirm is the crew at XOTIC PC took care of everything. Everything as far as troubleshooting over emails or phone calls i was treated as a friend not just a client. Now I have a family at XOTIC PC. My suggestion is if you don't think you can build a rig yourself just order from these guys you won't regret it.

XOTIC PC Delivers the Excitement!

Buying my new MSI gaming laptop from XOTIC PC was an exciting experience! I appreciated being able to tailor my order to what I wanted, and the Rush Build option was a standout feature. When you’re excited about a new gaming laptop, having the option to prioritize your build makes the purchase even better.

For me, the appeal of XOTIC PC was being able to choose more than just a laptop off the shelf. The customization options and build-priority upgrade made the order feel personal. I’m thrilled with my purchase and would definitely recommend checking out XOTIC PC if you’re looking for a high-end gaming laptop with options to make it your own!

Service was phenomenal! My pc did come later than expected

Service was phenomenal! My pc did come later than expected, but the moment it was taking longer than expected, I sent an email to customer support and they addressed it very quickly! Immediately after, a day later the problem had been resolved and it came! They make sure to make you feel like you can ask any questions, whether you know about pcs or not, and I find that wonderful! Plus you can always send your pc back to them later and they will upgrade and help maintain it for you (obviously with the cost of buying said parts) I highly recommend going through them for a prebuilt!
