XOTIC PC provides a unique Limited Lifetime Service Policy (the "Lifetime Service Policy") for all newly purchased desktop computers. This policy ensures that customers receive remote assistance, allowing us to log into their systems and address any issues they may be facing. With the Lifetime Service Policy, XOTIC PC guarantees that the original purchaser of a new computer system will not be charged for labor or service costs related to that system for its entire lifespan. This policy covers only the original purchaser, original equipment, future upgrades purchased from and installed by XOTIC PC, and labor/service performed by XOTIC PC. As we manufactur computers and install all software ourselves, we possess extensive knowledge about the systems we create.

We are always available to assist you, whether you require technical support or simply want to maximize your XOTIC PC experience. Before shipping your computer, we conduct thorough performance checks on each component, ensuring their seamless compatibility within the system. These rigorous tests guarantee that all components in your new system function according to the manufacturer's specifications, free from errors. Once the tests are completed, we record the scores in a special XOTIC PC binder, which also contains an XOTIC PC Certificate of Approval from our Quality Assurance Team. Additionally, we verify the proper operation of all external ports and buttons to eliminate any potential errors or deficiencies before delivering the system to the new owner. Our testing process involves running intensive programs that push each component to its limits, assessing the system's performance and ensuring its ability to handle demanding usage scenarios. Gorgeous

Very very clean build. I am very happy with the item. But the timeframe for delivery is excruciating.

Spectacular machine.

I recently put together a rig for my boss who is an artist entering the 3D art scene. The ease of process from concept to payment was wonderful and the communication was delightful. Despite long wait times due to outside forces Xoticpc took care of me and my client. The machine is a beast and my artist looks forward to years of wonderful art making. Thank you for always being a top notch business to order from.

Great PC

Great buying experience and great customer service. The PC I got was everything I expected it to be.

I only had 2 issues with this order.

All the branding on the case is removed on the website. It will be present on the shipped product. As such I wasn't able to do any research on the case till I got it.

Second the case has a USB type c header. The default motherboard does not. Instead of being informed of this I found it out when I tried to plug my phone in thought something was wrong and took it apart only to find that the header was capped off and no place for it on the mobo.

Neither of these are deal breakers but if I would have known about these two things beforehand I would be giving a 5 star review.

First Desktop

When I decided it was finally time to get a desktop, a friend linked me to this pc. After purchasing, they keep sending friendly updates to you via email, and ask if you have questions everytime(this case, I didnt). Other than waiting for a part that I knew they had to wait until May for, it was build and shipped out quick. I've been using it for maybe a week and a half or so now and its absolutely amazing for the few games i have for it. Thanks so much!!

Beyond fabulous

I ordered a custom built computer the first week of December. I received an email about xotic being behind due to the holidays and covid. In a panic I called and spoke with TJ. After explaining to him this was a Christmas gift, he said he would do what he could but wouldn't promise anything. The company, pulled through...my pc arrived Christmas eve, just in time to be delivered by Santa! I didn't get to check until Christmas day, but everything with the pc was perfect! Exactly as expected, exactly as I ordered. The computer runs great, plays games fantastic.

Exotic pc, it's staff and there products are top notch. I would highly recommend using them for a custom build.

I purchased a custom built GX11 H9 and had it built exactly how I wanted which was really nice, threw in a couple upgrades and got a few free things. It took about 2 weeks from order date to the day I was online and playing games. The setup came almost exactly as I had ordered it, they missed the braided cable option and got the wrong colors but that was corrected almost immediately. Otherwise the computer came setup and ready to play and has performed as expected and this was my second build from them and I will continue to buy from them.

Great work! A very good PC.

First and foremost. I received my PC very fast, within two days I believe. It was packaged with its safety very much so in mind. They did not skimp on any process when it comes to the actual build it’s self, professional level cable management and hardware fitting. The PC is very aesthetically pleasing as well, everything flows together. They go ahead an install any programs you might need to customize the RGB or tune anything beforehand as well. All in all 10/10 build. I would recommend Xotic PC to anyone who is need of a reliable, and professionally built PC. 100% Recommend and 1,000% Satisfied with my purchase!
