I received this laptop as a 2nd option because ASUS dropped my original order. When I received the product, I was excited until I started noticing the Blue Screen crashing. I have reached out to support. However I have also performed all types of scans and driver updates to resolve each type of crash. I restricted my software installations to that of bare necessity, O365 Office, McAffee, PowerShell 7, Chrome, Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom. I cannot remove these because I use them at work. I'm disappointed in this product.

This is my second gaming pc, my last was a 1650 Super so this is such an upgrade. The prebuilt was such a good choice so I didn't have to worry about breaking anything and it runs like a dream, no issues so far and I really would suggest buying one, I've even suggested them to all my friends
